Abstracts Submission Guidelines


ABSTRACTS SHOULD:
  • Correspond to ORIGINAL WORK;
  • Be written in correct and clear UK ENGLISH;
  • Include a TITLE, indicative of the content of the abstract;
  • Describe succinctly the PURPOSES, METHODS AND RESULTS of the research;
  • Provide a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 KEYWORDS;
  • Contain ONLY TEXT (charts, tables or other figures cannot be inserted);
  • Indicate to which of the SYMPOSIUM THEMES they correspond (use the tick-box ‘other’ on the abstract template, if no correspondence with the symposium’s themes is found).
THE ABSTRACTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED 2,650 CHARACTERS (APPROX. 400 WORDS). THE ONLINE SUBMISSION PLATFORM WILL NOT ACCEPT ABSTRACTS EXCEEDING THIS WORD LIMIT.

Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the organizing committee. After the submission of your abstract, a notification of receipt will be sent via e-mail. Notifications of submission and acceptance will be sent to the abstract submitter only. Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn or edited until the abstract submission deadline.
