Workshops Submission Guidelines

THE WORKSHOP PROPOSAL MUST SPECIFY:
  • The TYPE of workshop (full or half day);
  • A TITLE, which should be indicative of the workshop’s theme;
  • A DESCRIPTION of the workshop, clarifying the goals and relevance of the workshop, the contents to be delivered and the activities to be developed by the workshop author and by the participants;
  • SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (e.g. equipment, room type, maximum number of attendees).
  • PERSONAL DETAILS of the workshop organizer (name, professional affiliation, address, telephone, e-mail address, short CV).
The workshop authors will also be responsible for submitting a SHORT PAPER (1500 words) on the workshop theme for the conference proceedings.

Workshop authors are expected to pursue their own institutional or other support for travel and accommodation. However, authors of selected workshop proposals will see their symposium registration fees waived, as a compensation for their effort and contribution. The number of selected workshop proposals is restricted to the available time schedule.
