Conferences Guidelines

Conferences are lectures given by an experienced colleague in a specific field. The speakers must provide deep insights and his personal and highlight his contribution to the advance of that field.
Conferences last for 20 minutes, including 5 minute discussion at the end.
The proposal for conference should include a title, name of the presenter with credentials, affiliations, a disclosure information concerning potential conflicts of interest and the presenter must agree to have the conference audio or video-recorded for future re-broadcast.
A summary or abstract of the conference must be submitted for review prior to the congress.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the presentations or to offer alternative to be presented elsewhere based on submissions.
