Round Table Guidelines

A Round Table is a forum for debate on one common theme and a point/counterpoint format is welcomed. It is scheduled for 60 minutes with 10 minutes of discussion and addressed by 3-4 speakers. Bear in mind that the international dimension is very important to the success of this format of presentation.
The proposal should include a title and detailed outline, director/lead presenter and all presenters with credentials, affiliations and written agreement to collaborate in the symposium.
All presenters must furnish necessary disclosure information concerning potential conflicts of interest and must agree to have his presentation audio or video-recorded for future re-broadcast.
All presentations must be submitted for review prior to the congress.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right accept or reject the presentations or to offer alternative to be presented elsewhere based on submissions.
