Workshops Guidelines

Workshops provide an opportunity to familiarise participants with some aspect of procedures, so that questioning and discussion are suitably informed. Learning-by-doing occupies most of the session, and any presentations are brief. Providing adequate time for reflective discussion is important.
Workshops are scheduled for 60 minutes.
The proposal for a workshop should include a title and detailed outline, director/lead presenter and all presenters with credentials, affiliations and written agreement to collaborate in the workshop.
All presenters must furnish necessary disclosure information concerning potential conflicts of interest and must agree to have the workshop audio or video-recorded for future re-broadcast. All presentations must be submitted for review prior to the congress.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the workshop or to offer alternative to include it in the industry workshop sessions.
